ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, Maylee's Jewelry wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns of merchandise within 3 days of receipt. Products must be unworn with all original packaging.
Personalized items and custom merchandise ARE NOT returnable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued in the amount of the original purchase less any shipping, coupons, promotions, or vouchers used at time of sale. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.

For returns, please include the details of your order including the reason for your return, as well as your e-mail address (so that we can contact you in a timely manner). Please note that Maylee's Jewelry is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return process. All returns must be prepaid at the customer’s expense.
If a return is sought after the 3-day return period, we reserve the right to decline or accept the return and charge a 20% restocking fee. Please note that if Maylee's Jewelry decides to decline a return, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
